NELFT deliver regular mentoring workshops for all staff as part of the strategy to recruit, retain and develop our workforce.

Mentoring is an important function throughout our organization and we know many individuals have benefited from the support offered by a strong mentor.

We want a range of leaders in our organisation to learn to perform this role effectively and to a standard that helps provide all the guidance and support a mentee might need.
