Description

Works will comprise of responsive repairs associated with the following trades, plumbing, drainage, brickwork electrical, plastering, carpentry, painting & decorating - particularly mould removal treatment and making safe works which may include an element of roofing.

Works are likely to be a maximum of 4 hours duration (the majority of works are expected to be a maximum of 2 hours duration) and bidders will be required to provide up to a 100 appointment slots in total (across the above trades) in any given day.

The service providers will be expected to provide a before, during and after works completed photographs along with relevant and appropriate job notes for each order

Appointments that result in no access, will require a no access card to be left with clear details of the job and a photograph showing the date and time of the no access card being posted through the residents' post box.

The service providers will be required to provide all risk assessments and method statements associated with the works.

The works will not include Out of hours or other works outside of responsive repairs

The service providers will be required to effective plan and manage each appointment and all associated communications with residents and the works will be delivered using NHF schedule of rates version 5.1, the bidders are required to provide their percentage adjustment against each trade, and this should allow for all prelims and contract conditions as set down within the NHF schedule of rates version 5.1 terms and conditions and framework.
