Sheffield Children's Hospital are seeking a supplier to supply a Biomechanics Lab for GAIT Analysis. The equipment must consist of the following:

Equipment purposes:
• Analysis and rehabilitation of the following:
o Gait
o Balance
o Dual tasking
o Motor control and learning
o Perturbation

Capability/components:
• Visual and auditory feedback.
• A split belt instrumented treadmill for analysis over multiple consecutive steps to assess fatigue, variability and effect of speed.
• A high speed treadmill for the analysis of elite athletes.
• Simulated slips and moderation of limb asymmetries.
• A perturbation platform for balance/response analysis.
• Immersive virtual reality environment to test individual capabilities in real world settings.
• Harness to ensure safety.
