Description

Public Health England (PHE) issed this tender as part of CCS Framework RM 1032 lot 2 for its DBA, Technical and Functional 3rd line support for their Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition financial system requirement.
This is to support PHE's in-house 1st and 2nd line support, who will continue to offer support to end users and liaise with the business to provide a first stop triage of issues that arise
