Description

Leicester City Council requires a suitably qualified contracter to carry out external decorations and repairs at Humberstone Infant School. The works would be caried at Block 1 Phase 1. Where all previously painted external surfaces would need to be prepared and decorated. All windows where originally designed as opening lights to be left in full operational order. Any woodwork repairs to be undertaken are to be use the 'windowcare' repair system. Paint to be dulex 'metalsheild' oil based gloss system (Or similar approved) to metal surfaces and 'weathersheild' to timber surfaces. Where complete glazing rebates require putty replacement, 'dry seal' to be used. Please see full specification attached (Specification) for further detail. As well as the external decs (Plan).
