Description
Nottinghamshire County Council (the "Authority") on behalf of 'the Commissioners':
Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City Councils and NHS Nottingham City, Mansfield & Ashfield, Newark & Sherwood, Nottingham West, Nottingham North & East and Rushcliffe Clinical Commissioning Groups, is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of organisations able to provide home based care & support services for:
- Older adults
- People with dementia
- People who may be physically frail
- People with physical disabilities
- People who are at the end of life
- People with learning disabilities/other cognitive difficulties
- People with mental health needs
Services may be procured under the DPS by the Commissioners individually, collectively or in any combination.
Providers must have experience of providing care and/or support services relevant to the DPS. They must, where required by legislation, be registered with the care regulator & comply with relevant regulatory standards.
