Description
Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust currently has a requirement for the provision of 6 off SDMO V550C2 generators located on the Chesterfield Royal Hospital site. The maintenance schedule shall be based on the Generators manufacturer's recommended service guidelines and should be compliant with all current HTM and regulations. Maintenance visits to include 2 x quarterly inspections, 1 x minor service with 2 hour load bank test and 1 x major service with oil sample.
The duration of the service contract should be based on a 2 year period providing labour and serviceable parts within the proposed service costs, inclusive of annual Load bank testing, and oil sampling and any service scheduled component replacement as per the manufacturer's recommendations. The service contract requires a 24 hr call-out facility with a guaranteed response time within 4 hours and if the repair cannot be completed within a 24 hours period that a temporary generator shall be provided as replacement until the repairs can be complete.
