Description

The Environment Agency is an owner of two portal framed industrial sheds (the Fisheries building and "Chippy shed") located within a larger complex with multiple buildings. Water ingress is occurring within the buildings, via the cavity walls, as a result of defects to the box gutters.

The package of works includes cut edge corrosion treatment to profiled metal roofing sheets, gutter relining, and replacement of insulation within profiled metal cladding to the affected walls and external decoration of the profiled metal cladding.
