Description

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council invites tenders for full design of mechanical and electrical services work for the re-fit of the first floor office suite of White Lion House and the refurbishment of the ground floor entrance lobby.

The Fit Out of White Lion House is part of the regeneration of the Hatfield Town Centre which involves refurbishment of ground floor shop units, flats above and the public realm including the Town Square along with the redevelopment of several sites. The second phase of development commenced in Spring 2015.
