Description

Amber Valley Borough Council (AVBC), is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to install and provide a Splash Pad/Water play facility at Heanor Memorial Park -in the location of and to replace the existing paddling pool .

The new interactive splash pad water play feature will use the existing associated paddling pool feature and equipment where appropriate.
It should be aimed at stimulating children's imagination and creativity through interaction with the water, whilst ultimately providing a safe environment in which children can develop their own abilities.
