Description

As a supplier or potential supplier to NHS Acute Trusts, you may or may not be aware that supplier contracts changed following the publication of the Department of Health eProcurement strategy in 2014. The strategy mandates that any service or product procured by an NHS Acute Trust must be compliant with GS1 standards and PEPPOL, this includes a requirement on suppliers to place master product and price data in a GS1 GDSN (Global Data Sychronisation Network) certified data pool.

We will be hosting a number of supplier/service provider engagement days over the next 21 months and we are asking suppliers/service providers to express their interest in attending these events in order to better understand the requirements for GS1 and PEPPOL standards implementation and compliance.

To express your interest in attending please copy and paste the following link into your browser, this will then direct you to our e-Procurement platform where you will register and gain access to the questionnaire for completion and the attached documentation briefing you on the project.
