Description

Homes England requires the installation of utilities to support a residential development of reclaimed land off Mile Bank Road, Whitchurch. In general the works comprises :
• Site set up and compound
• Obtaining all relevant permits / bonds and licences for the works (including traffic management etc)
• All required surveys and investigations
• Construction of a gravity sewer from the site boundary to the connection point with installation of manholes
• Installation of a gas main (size etc as required for the development)
• Provision of all adoption information and certificates
• Provision of completion drawings and as built plans
• Provision of warranty for the works
