Description

1. Isolation, draining, making safe and decommissioning of the two
existing central boiler plants serving blocks 8, 9, 10 & 11.
2. Isolation, making safe and decommissioning of the existing
electrical supplies serving the redundant mechanical plant and
equipment.
3. Liaison with the Client and the Clients gas shipper to arrange for
removal of the existing gas meters.
4. Careful decommissioning and removal of the existing LTHW hot
water calorifiers (currently served from the district heating system)
within 72No flats and associated redundant equipment
5. Installation of new electric combi boilers within 72No flats to serve
the existing radiators and hot water requirements locally.
6. Local modifications to the existing electrical supplies within the
72No flats to suit the new electric boilers, including new controls
and earth bonding as required.
7. Thermal insulation to all newly installed pipework services within
the Flats.
