Job Title: Advanced Practitioner
Rate of Pay: up to £36.00 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 37 hours per week

Brief description:
Registered qualified social worker with substantive managerial experience of working within adult CSWTs.
To manage the day to day activities of the team, to support the management team to improvement of key performance and standard within the Rowley Regis CSWT.
To active involvement of service delivery to ensure that its aligned with the developing focus of Adult Social Care in Sandwell and supporting with change and transformation.
To implement relevant policies and procedures as required. There is an expectation that you would cover/ deputise for the Team Managers within Adult Social Care.
Have knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory framework and Government initiatives relating to service area, including safeguarding, and the needs of vulnerable adults.

Have excellent and positive relationships for effective partnership working.
To hold budget responsibility at an agreed approval level, ensuring services are delivered within resources and external revenue opportunities.

An Enhanced DBS with Children's and Adults Barring List Check is required for this role.
