Description

The project is to refit our Darlington Office (Memphis Building, Lingfield Point, McMullen Road, Darlington, DL1 1RW). The office extends to 72,000 square feet and when refurbished will house approximately 1,100 desk positions.

SLC intends to award a contract for the supply of soft furnishings. This contract will run for the beginning of February 2020 - 30 April 2020. The expected onsite work will run from 01/03/2020 to 30/04/20.

The required service is to provide soft furnishings as per the provided specification for the above project, this will include (but not limited to), lounge furniture, occasional tables, high back chairs, occasional lighting and meeting chairs.
