Description
The purpose of this Soft Market Testing exercise is to understand levels of interest in participation for the new VCSE Phase 4 Re-commissioning Programme and hear your feedback and suggestions on the proposed VCSE Phase 4 Re-commissioning Programme structure.
Please refer to the Memorandum of Understanding document. This document provides additional information on the operation of the contract and the Soft Market Testing exercise.
The council will answer all enquiries via the London Tenders Portal messaging function. The final deadline for clarification is Monday 12th February 2024 12:00 Noon.
The completed questionnaire must be returned via the London Tenders portal messaging function no later than Monday 19th February 2024 12:00 Noon.
