The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is a development to publication of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) in July 2021 (Reference: https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/017283-2021 ), In July 2021, the Department for International Trade on behalf of UK Export Finance sought feedback from the supplier market on some preliminary elements of scope via qualitative questionnaire.

The market engagement was effective, a broad selection of interested Potential Service providers participated through qualitative questionnaire and raised clarification questions. This approach allowed the Authority to gain some insights and test the market's capacity and capability to deliver the requirement as currently described.

The approach set out our initial thinking and has subsequently evolved in light of feedback received from the market, internally and lessons learned. We have been working to further refine and develop our proposition.

A prospectus describing the requirement will be made available from via the jaggaer e-tendering portal to potential service providers service providers who register an interest against this PIN

All communications to / from shall be via the e-tendering portal: https://uktrade.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html (Go to > view opportunities > Current Opportunities)
