Description

REGION - Latin America (Mexico)

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (the Authority), represented by the British Embassy in Mexico City, seeks to appoint one Service Supplier to provide technical support to the Executive Secretariats of the Local Anti-Corruption Systems (SESLA) in the states of Chihuahua, Jalisco and Oaxaca. The provider will work on the development of interconnection mechanisms (REST APIs) between the selected pilot states and systems (2 and 3) of the National Digital Platform (PDN) which is supported by the Executive Secretariat of the National Anticorruption System (SESNA).

The work will be undertaken using Agile methodology, under the supervision of SESNA's technical team, the local executive secretariats, and the Global Digital Marketplace Programme's Latin America Regional team (Product and Delivery manager) with the support from the British Embassy in Mexico City, through regular planning and review meetings with the delivery partner to ensure that the work aligns with the programme vision and objectives, and review progress against these.

Active knowledge transfer is a deliverable to occur between the provider and the technical teams of the local anti-corruption systems of Chihuahua, Jalisco and Oaxaca in order to ensure the continued update and maintenance of the technological developments after project completion.

The primary beneficiaries of this project will be the State Governments of Chihuahua, Jalisco and Oaxaca. The Executive Secretariat of the National Anti-corruption System (SESNA) is a secondary beneficiary as the currently live National Digital Platform - PDN system will be fed from the states data to systems (2 and 3).
