Description

The subject site is located within the London Borough of Haringey, in Tottenham Hale, to the west of the Haringey Reservoirs, north of Down Lane Park and south of Northumberland Park. The site is currently used as an operational depot, consisting various warehouses, garages, an office building, a Victorian terrace house (and garden) and car parking.

The Works will comprise the strip out and demolition of all existing buildings within the site boundary to include the adjacent residential dwelling otherwise known as "The Cottage". To include ME&PH services, floor finishes, suspended ceilings, WC partitions/cubicles, sanitary ware, asbestos removal, etc. Erect hoarding, install PR boards and secure the site as required. All as detailed within the Documents and Drawings listed within Section A11 Tender & Contract Documents.
