Other additional information: The extension in value and time is due to variation to works and repairs which are detailed below:
• Roof repairs needed while the scaffolding was up - Equans must arrange the work as only their contractors are insured for their scaffold.
• One extra week of scaffold hire to avoid removal during exam period.
• Filtration system as an addition to the original scope to help with the hygiene of the water within the system moving forward.
• Sport centre manager requires covers/panels attaching to
Coach Lane East - Heat pumps PCSA/D&B for the Coach Lane East Decarbonisation project.
