Description
Science in Industry Research Centre (SIRC) supports companies in the West Midlands to develop new science based products. SIRC is run by the University of Wolverhampton and is part-funded by European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The equipment is being purchased to support project delivery and the research that it will carry out.
As part of the SIRC project the University is looking to acquire a nano-scale 3D printer to support new and emerging research areas to merge the gap between science and industry. The nano-3D printer will be used to fabricate nanostructures with controlled micromechanics and microfluidic properties for a range of application.
