Description
The University is seeking to appoint a design team to take forward the design of the Adrian Building Fire Stopping Project from RIBA Stage 2 (Concept Design) through to completion (RIBA Stage 7). It is anticipated that the design team will include all the necessary technical services to deliver the project including administration of the construction contract. The supplier will also provide advice to the University on the procurement of a construction supplier during RIBA Stages 2 & 3. Due to the nature of the design services the University anticipates that a Building Services Engineer will lead the design team. This procurement does not includes Principal Designer, Project Manager & Quantity Surveying Services as these appointments will be made separately by the University.
