Description
The project for which the survey is required is a new 3 form entry Primary School with nursery provision, which is proposed to be built over two phases to serve the growth of new housing in the immediate area. The survey and location site is a Greenfield site which has been cleared and is bordered by new roads to the east and west of the site. The site has previously been used for agriculture.
The site itself is currently vacant and is accessible for the survey, although access would need to be negotiated from the south/ front boundary, or the east/ side boundary, where there is currently contractor?s fencing. Please also note that there are existing hedgerows to the south and east boundaries. Although the north and west site boundaries are not currently marked out on site, the attached site plan drawing, ?2613A 2nd Primary School? provides coordinates at each corner of the site, and the site is a total area of 2.84HA. However please note that the requirements are for the topological survey to extend beyond the proposed site boundaries to understand features/ levels around the boundary and specifically to include up to the far side of the adjacent new roads with all relevant details of the new incoming service ducts which have been laid under the new roads.
