Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is tendering a contract to improve the playground surfacing at St Luke's Gardens, Sydney Street SW3. The works will include removing the existing wet pour safety surfacing and rubber matting and installing a new asphalt footpath, wet pour safety surfacing and artificial grass surfacing. The new surfacing is to be laid to meet the critical fall heights of the existing play equipment. The contractor must also arrange an independent post installation safety inspection prior to handing the site back to the council.
