Description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to construct and test an exploratory water well in confined Chalk to confirm the viability of, and to provide part of the infrastructure for, an open loop groundwater heating system. The borehole infrastructure shall be tested and, on completion of testing, shall be secured with a bolted flange plate within a secure well vault to enable the borehole to be reused for the final groundwater heating system.
