Description

Historic England own Fort Cumberland which is located near Portsmouth. It is used as offices and archaeological laboratories, and has some tenanted buildings.

Following a recent condition survey, Historic England M&E team have drafted a schedule of urgent electrical repairs.

It is firstly required that this schedule is costed to allow internal decision-making and budget allocation. This will be a desktop exercise and will not require a site visit.

Then if budgets are approved, the repair project would then go forward in early financial year 2025
/ 26.
