Description
NPS were instructed as part of their existing commission under the Corporate Planned Maintenance 2016/17 to review requirements at Riverside House EPH to allow the building to meet dementia requirements. This will allow the EPH to make use of all the available bedrooms for dementia patients. The works involve external fencing, installation of the electronic door code locks and internal modifications to a doorway. NPS undertook the design and have carried out the tendering process contractors were scored on price only with no quality questions being asked Three contractors were invited to tender all of which submitted prices by noon on 31st March 2017. NPS have arithmetically checked the schedule of works and the quotations provided
