Description

The scheme known as 'The Flips', is an estate improvement project based in Carlton in Lindrick. The project is located on Lime Tree Avenue and is subject to high levels of Anti-Social Behavior and this project aims to address this. The main client for this project is Bassetlaw District Council (BDC)

The concept of 'the flips' is to essentially change the main dwelling access from the existing front door to the back door and in doing so extend residents gardens, closing off footpaths in the process. The idea being that ASB centric rat runs will be closed to the public and only accessible by residents. The proposed new front garden will have parking for one car addressing the immediate parking issues on the estate.
