Description

Southwark Council confirm the award of the garage minor works and maintenance contract to PRB Estates Limited for a period of 4 years.
The scope of works incorporates structural repairs and maintenance to garages as well as periodic garage site refurbishment and upgrade projects. The refurbishment and maintenance of sprinkler systems and sewage sump pumps located within any of Southwark's estimated 8,602 garages is also included.
