Description

The University of Leeds seeks to purchase and implement a proven, state-of-the art fundraising call centre system for use within academic year 2016/17 (likely implementation date will be within August-September 2016). It also seeks appropriate services and software modules required to assist the implementation and ongoing administration of the system, including the integration of the system with the University's Raisers Edge fundraising database.

The University seeks to implement the new software within a dedicated alumni relations and fundraising call centre, requiring a high level of system resilience and availability and appropriate contractual arrangements with the software supplier and/or partners for ongoing support, maintenance and development.
