Description

Embark Federation is wanting to create a dynamic market for estates works and capital projects. The dynamic market will be created by the Contracting Authority to meet the needs of eligible public sector contracting authorities (as defined within Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023) or their agents, hereafter known as Participating Bodies, and any other organisation permitted by the Contracting Authority. It is envisaged that the dynamic market with provide supply over a large number of works and capital projects supply categories.
