Description

We need tech support
o To configure the platform
o To put all the info on the platform
o To test email notifications etc.
o To test the links from our internal systems to the platform
o To run the reports for us (or provide guidance for us to do this)
o To check GDPR compliance - help with the GPDR report needed
o To check and ensure that staff can get onto the platform
o To check any potential browser problems in case they can't
o To ensure HE's 3rd party Service Desk understands the most common problems and can help people overcome them or provide a help desk themselves
We need a tech host
o Who understands the platform and has hosted large events on it
o Who knows the most common faults that can happen when people can't get in or get thrown out and what to do in these situations
o To do a tech rehearsal with the project team, event hosts and all the speakers
o To tech host all virtual events (we will provide the content hosts who run the sessions, introduce speakers, instruct breakout rooms etc)
o Ensure the platform works
o Help people who can't get onto the platform
o Help the speaker to share slides
o Put people into breakout rooms
