Description

Halton Borough Council are looking for suitable suppliers to provide either C500 or equivalent to aid the seamless but secure delivery of domiciliary care and allow emergency access to individual clients at their properties in receipt of the care management service.

The Council requires the supply of Keysafes as detailed below or equivalent.

C500 Keysafe Specification - see attached Product Data Sheet

The Telehealth Care Service offers clients an option of two types of Keysafes (if desired) to be able to gain access to the property in a Safe Secure manor in cases of Care provision or Emergency assistance being required, the options are;

1. A Mechanical push button keysafe which is both Police approved and durable with an integrated weather cover protecting the device it has over 4000 possible combinations and is installed with four heavy duty masonry self-tapping screws, as per attached product data sheet.
2. An Electronic Keysafe which utilises an easy to use app application allowing access for Managed authorised users only , the device is both Safe Secure and securely mounted to a wall or building exterior , the system as indicated allows access to an individual on a managed basis against the use of one code for all , it informs when the Keysafe has been opened and closed providing real time controlled access , it can also be set up to inform the NOK or significant others via a text message facility that the Keysafe has been opened and by whom , enable an auditable alert to give peace of mind of care provision or emergency assistance being delivered to their loved ones , A fully Auditable and Asset management system
