Description
The BFI requires bidding for the support and maintenance of its current Unified Communications platform. The technology supporting this platform is Microsoft's Skype for Business 2015 Server.
The platform is deployed to provide UC capability throughout the BFI, in areas such as telephony, voice mail, online conferencing, video, IM and collaboration.
The successful bidder should have extensive technical expertise in supporting a Skype for Business environment, utilising SIP and Enterprise Voice.
The current deployment comprises Skype Front-End Servers, Edge Servers for remote access, an Office Web Apps server, Audiocodes SBC's for external voice calls via SIP, and integrates with Microsoft Exchange 2010.
In addition, the BFI has deployed the Anywhere365 Contact Centre to facilitate our Box Office and Membership teams (based in Southbank) processing calls from customers and BFI members. This product is certified for use with Skype for Business.
The successful bidder should be able to cover break fix incident requests from the BFI across all these areas, and offer us an industry-standard SLA. Where the technical expertise of the bidder is exhausted, the bidder should have strong relationships and SLA's with any vendors involved in our deployment (e.g. Microsoft).
Beyond general support for non-working elements of the deployment, the successful bidder should provision the ability to fulfil service requests from the BFI and engage with us on questions, improvements and advice for our UC platform (e.g. consultancy days or any other appropriate mechanism).
At a minimum, the successful bidder must be able to provide support via email, telephone and remote sessions during our core business hours of 08:00 - 18:00.
