Description

NHS Black Country and West Birmingham CCG seeks competitive bids for the provision of a GP Data Protection Officer Service.

The service will include:

The provision of advice to practices on the investigation and reporting requirements to ICO/DSPT of possible data protection breaches
To be the first point of contact with the ICO for any incident or complaint
Advice and guidance on lessons learnt from near misses, incidents and breaches
First point of contact with CCG where DSA or Data Impact Assessments are being considered
