Description

The Greater London Authority (GLA) and Local Partnerships LLP (together referred to hereafter as the Contracting Authorities) worked with
Crown Commercial Service (CCS), to establish a national energy performance contracting framework (this National Energy Performance
Contracting Framework (RE:FIT) to be available for use by certain public sector bodies (as stated in OJEU ref: 2015/S 214-391299) wishing to achieve energy and/or carbon savings through implementing energy
efficiency, and/or energy generation measures in their buildings or estates.

The GLA will manage a programme delivery unit to support projects based substantially in London and Local Partnerships will support projects based substantially outside London.
