Description
Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake replacement of oil fired central heating boilers, replacement of indirect water heaters and the installation of a new control system to the school plantroom. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract no later than 22.03.2017 with a subsequent commencement onsite date of 03.04.2017. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range £100K - £120K. The estimated Contract period will be for 2 Months. The scope of works for this project includes but not limited to: the replacement of the oil fired central heating boilers to the junior block, the replacement of indirect water heaters and the installation of a new control system to the plantroom.
