Description
The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Royal Borough) is pleased to offer an opportunity for Contractors to provide tenders for roof replacement and edge protection works to blocks and dwellings which must be received by the Royal Borough by no later than 12.00 on 28 January 2022. The deadline for clarification questions is 21st January 2022 at 5pm UK Time. The contract is for a period of one (1) year.
Please note this contract is divided into two lots:
Lot 1 - Roofing Works at Various Addresses in Section 5a - £2,000,000
Lot 2 - Roofing Works at Various Addresses in Section 5b - £2,700,000

Tender responses are required to be submitted by no later than 12:00PM NOON UK Local Time on 28th January 2022, via the Proactis E-Tendering Portal. If you have any clarification questions on the tender please submit them via the portal by no later than 21st January 2022. The council will respond periodically to clarification questions via the E-Tendering portal. Please note that this tender has been advertised on Contracts Finder/ other web portals, however, supplying the Procontract tender portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to the opportunity, bearing Project ID: DN586612. No tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
