Description

LBWF is seeking a main contractor to redevelop the existing Hatherley Mews into small office retail spaces and shell and core units available for lease.
Located in the heart of Walthamstow, Hatherley Mews is a collection of two storey Victorian industrial buildings, originally constructed around 1880 as stables and repair workshops for London's trams.
The site is owned by Waltham Forest Council comprises a mix of business, commercial & residential units. Many of which are vacant and in disrepair.
The council aims to transform the Mews to create a vibrant cultural destination, complementing the major refurbishment of the nearby EMD cinema site.
Planning permission for this scheme was granted in January 2025 Planning reference No. 241838.
