Description

All procurement documentation can be found at www.yortender.co.uk The Council require one Service Provider to provide Legionella and Water Hygiene Risk Assessments on the Council's property portfolio (as detailed in the specification document attached). The aim is to work with the appointed Service Provider in minimising and mitigating risk ensuring the Council remains fully compliant with all statutory requirements.

IMPORTANT: It shall be noted that a Service Provider carrying out the Legionella and Water Hygiene Monitoring contract (due to be awarded by the end of June 19) on behalf of the Council shall not be allowed to carry out this Risk Assessment report contract. This is to ensure that the two categories provide a division of duties, avoid a conflict of interest and meet best practice as per British Standards 8580-1: (2019).
