Description

The intention of this notice is to inform potential bidders of the following planned procurement:

The Yorkshire & Humber Police Procurement Team on behalf of West Yorkshire Police intend to run a procurement exercise to appoint Contractors for the provision of 'Web Design, Maintenance & Support and Primary & Back-up Hosting'.

The contract will be split into two Lots and tenderers will be able to bid for either or both Lots.

Lot 1 - Web Design, Maintenance & Support
Lot 2 - Primary & Back-up Hosting

The publication of this notice will allow for the shortening of the EU Open Tender timescales to a minimum of 15 calendar days. This will be the minimum period between the date of the OJEU Contract Notice (the formal advert/call for competition) and the deadline for tenders to be submitted.
