Description

West Smethwick Park Phase 1

• The restoration of the Grade II listed Victoria Road Entrance, West Park Road Entrance, Chance Drinking Fountain and James Timmins Chance Memorial, comprising masonry and terracotta repairs & replacement, cleaning, repointing and reinstatement of missing historic features

• Additional works includes hard landscaping to the 2 no. entrances and installation of a new electricity supply

• Contract Period is 22 weeks

• Contractor designed works include new gates & railings, finials, urn, plaque, faucets and foundations
