Description
The Isle of Wight Council (\"the Authority\") invites Tenders from suitably qualified providers (\"Tenderers\") for the provision of Independent Health Complaints Advocacy on the Isle of Wight. The contract is to run from 1January 2018 for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority.
The Island's Independent Health Advocacy Service provides the statutory advocacy duty on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council, to help people who wish to make a complaint about the NHS. It supports individuals to express their views and pursue their health complaint taking due regard of the NHS complaints process.
The annual budget for the Provision of Independent Health Complaints Advocacy on the Isle of Wight is between the following parameters:
£40,000 - £45,000
The decision has been taken to disclose the annual budget for the service and ask that tenderers demonstrate how they can deliver the service within this budget allocation The Authority is unable to consider any submission that does not come within this figure; however, tenderers are able to submit under the allocated budget.
