Description

There is a fixed budget of a maximum of ?138,000 INCLUDING VAT for production of a package of surveys and reports to decarbonise and improve the energy efficiency of The Engine House, Swindon.

This package should be consistent with Salix Phase 4 Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme requirements including:
o Full building services condition survey following NHS methodology
o Energy Efficiency Study
o Options Appraisal for fabric and building services
o Costed Feasibility Study for fabric and building services including consideration of climate resilience in current state and for proposed measures
o RIBA Stage 2 report
o Programme of works
To aid the consultant the following documents are supplied as appendices to this Invitation to Tender:
A. The Engine House 2019 Window Survey including General Arrangement plans and elevations of the building
B. The Engine House Area Measurement Reports
C. The Engine House Asset register

o Aerial drone survey footage (please note that direct access to the roof is not available)
o Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the Building Services
o Building Physics Overheating model developed in IES VE and report
o Energy Demand Information/Historic Energy Consumption for 2 years
