The business requirement is to procure translation agency to handle multi-language text content for multiple digital channels including, but not limited to:
• Web content - new content or updates to existing content
• Email content
• Campaign assets content
• Social media Content
• Video subtitles
We may also require wraparound translation services:
• Search Engine Optimisation, where translation includes an element of keyword research so that the text reflects what users are searching for, increasing its relevance.
• Quality assurance and local review management, via a translation hub
