Description
FCDO Services (the Authority) invites tenders from Providers of a Warehouse Management System.
The successful provider will provide a Cloud Hosted market leading Warehouse Management System (WMS). This solution will replace our current legacy bespoke solution. FCDO Services intend to implement this solution 'off the shelf' with its associated business processes. The provider will support us in the configuration and business change required to adopt the new solution.
The objective of the Logistics Solution is to standardise our ways of working, support our growth and drive efficiency in our logistics function. Supported by the new solution we will adopt a new way of working based on key performance measures. We would also like the new solution to be modular in nature, so that we could in the future easily implement a Transport Management System (TMS).
