Description

The Authority is seeking to appoint Contractors for \"Gas Central Heating\" Term Contracts for Reading Borough Council Buildings, assets and for clients of the Property Services Department.

The Term Contracts will be managed by the Property Services Team who will also utilise the Contracts to meet the Service Level Agreements they hold with their clients who are outside the Authority, which currently include Wokingham Borough Council.

The contract is a framework contract with a maximum of 2 (two) contractors chosen. The value of the contract is £1m p.a. with the contract split equally between two contractors. The first and second ranked tenderers will be awarded the contract.
