Description

Historic England (HE) are inviting suppliers to bid for e-learning training content for Historic England staff. The provision will be provided by a single supplier, up to the value stated in the contract advertisement over the 2 year period.

Suppliers should provide a separate written response of no more than 4 sides of A4, in line with the evaluation criteria detailed in 1.4 and including the minimum:
o At least 3 examples from different courses of their e-learning material, (please do not include any material that will breach individual's personal data) and courses that are available in different languages.
o How content is made accessible to employees with Neurodiverse conditions, Hearing and Visual difficulties and is WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
o Learning outcomes for their whole catalogue and how they will be assured and achieved.
o Any innovative delivery methods and mediums of delivery from video to activities and gamification
o The format of the content, which will be hosted or linked to our LMS platform, either as a download or as a SCORM package.
o Testimonies and data, which support and demonstrate how effective the e-learning content has been for individuals and organisations.
o A completed pricing schedule (section 4.2) indicating the fee for delivery.
