Description

Quotations are invited for the provision of Locked Security Cabinets and other related equipment for the storage, collection and secure off-site destruction of Confidential Materials at various locations at the offices/depots of Ubico Ltd.
In accordance with the Data Protection Legislation the Authority is required to dispose of a variety of documents relating to personal data. To fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, Ubico Ltd must have a written contract with a supplier to handle confidential waste.
This contract must provide a guarantee that all aspects of collection and destruction are carried out in a secure and compliant manner. Therefore any potential service providers who are compliant with BS EN 15713 Certification Destruction of Confidential Material and BS7858:2019 Security Vetting are invited to return a quote for this opportunity.
