Description
Crawley Borough Council is moving towards becoming a paperless organisation and has a requirement for digital document scanning, to integrate with our current document management system.
The Council has an initial requirement for around 2,500,000 to 3,000,000 images to be scanned, but is seeking a longer term relationship to cover any possible scanning over the next 2 years, with an option to extend for another 2 years. The volumes beyond the initial requirement are unknown.
Please note this opportunity is only open to suppliers who are named on the ESPO Framework 390 Lot 2.
